RECIPE


Ingredients:

7, 5 dl milk
100 gram dry milk
2 eggs
1 ml salt
1 teaspoon grounded cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon (or 10 scalded almonds)

 

Whisk together milk, dry milk, eggs and spices.

Pour the mix into a greased form (about 1,5 liter in size)

Bake in the oven (175°) for about an hour, or until it has gotten a nice colour.

Serve with whipped cream and jam.
